The villa, built in 2016 is located in a suburban area, just 7 km from the center of Split and the UNESCO World Heritage listed Diocletian’s Palace, away.

Stobreč

Stobreč was in the 3rd century BC. Founded by Greek colonists. The old town, with remains of the old Roman city Epetium, is 300 m. It is also known for its water mills and salt pans.
The nearest restaurant is located 20 meters away. Shops, department stores and bars just steps away for a visit.

Beaches everywhere

The rare in Croatia sand / fine pebble beach, is within 200 meters. There are sunbeds incl. Parasols to the usual local rates to rent.
Opportunities for scuba diving, and boat rentals can be found in 400 meters
Distance. Public buses stop nearby,
and Split Airport is located 17 kilometers away.

This place is the perfect starting point not only for a relaxing beach holiday,

but also for culture vultures!
Explore the land

Since 2014, the European Coastal Airlines offers seaplane connections from downtown Split to numerous islands, sights up to Ancona to cheap flight prices.
Thus, they can explore the nearby Dubrovnik in just 1 day and again in the evening
sleep at home!
